Terms of service
These terms govern your use of noorebrand.com and any purchase you make from NOORE. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Limited releases
Garments are released in fixed quantities and are not restocked. Availability shown on the site reflects stock at that moment and can change while you are browsing. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; stock is committed only when your order is completed.
Order limits and cancellation by us
We may limit the number of units per person, per household or per payment method, and we may refuse or cancel any order. This includes orders we reasonably believe were placed using bots, automated checkout tools or multiple accounts, and orders placed for resale. Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Pricing and errors
Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude shipping and any taxes or duties applied at checkout or on import. We take care with product information, but if an item is listed at an incorrect price or with a material error in its description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Colour and finish
Screens render colour differently. We photograph garments as accurately as we can, but slight variation between a photograph and the garment you receive is not a defect. Small irregularities inherent to the fabric and to garment dyeing are characteristics of the piece, not faults.
Returns
Purchases are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The NOORE name, marks, designs, photography, copy and site content are owned by NOORE and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated systems to place orders or scrape content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOORE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York. Where you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that governs that order.
