Dispatch

Drop 01 is a limited release. Orders are prepared after the drop closes and are dispatched within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Rates and destinations

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and are shown to you before payment.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the price of the garment or in the shipping charge, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these amounts or refund them.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier, and we are not able to replace an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control. Weather, customs inspection and carrier backlogs can add time. If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with you.
